About FringeFX

FringeFX Facts
FringeFX is the Internet's premier art and design community. Featuring thousands of members and more than half a million posts, Fringe has quickly become the front-runner in the design scene.

FringeFX Mission
FringeFX focuses on bringing together artists and photographers from around the world at one place where they can share and discuss their latest work, while being able to receive feedback from within the artist community. Unlike most artist communities on the web, FringeFX itself is a non-commercial artist community, meaning we do not focus on making money with the services we offer.

FringeFX History
FringeFX was originally launched back in 2008 and known as The Fringe Network. After about four months, the community was rebranded as FringeFX as this name seemed more brandable to the community owner. In 2010, Basil K. took over the FringeFX community until 2013. Early 2013, FringeFX changed ownership again and is now managed by Nelly De Mol.

What We Offer
FringeFX is a friendly community where artists and photographers can showcase their work, ask others for help and also a place to learn new things. Besides that, we also help artists and photographers to get their name out by promoting them in news publications.

FringeFX Contests
We run various contests within our community which not only enable our members to win prizes, but also helps them to get promoted in the news. We work close with the media and are therefore able to help artists to get their name out (if they choose to get help) while also featuring their latest work.

Did you know?
Our community is not just a place to talk about art, but it also enables you to feature your art in front of many other artists. We have a system in place where the artist of the month gets his or her art featured in the news.
